Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Spell 2 Communicate Pilot Program at Ave Maria 9
Preparatory School is an Appropriations Project as defined in 10
The Rules of The Florida House of Representativ es and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 256, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $530,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Education to fund the Spell 2 Communicate Pilot 16
Program at Ave Maria Preparatory School as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 256. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
