Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Blountstown City Hall is an Appropriations 8
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 9
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 10
Request 583, herein incorporated by refer ence. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Economic Opportunity to fund the Blountstown City 14
Hall as described in Appropriations Project Reque st 583. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
