Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Carr/Clarksville Volunteer Fire Department Fire 9
Truck is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 10
The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 1136, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $345,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Financial Services to fund the Carr/Clarksville 16
Volunteer Fire Department Fire Truck as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1136. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
