Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. George E Weems Memorial Hospital - Replacement 9
Facility Construction is an Appropriations Project as defined in 10
The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 594, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $7,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Health to fund the George E Weems Memorial 16
Hospital - Replacement Facility Construction as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 594. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
