Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Lafayette District Schools Safe and Secure 9
Schools Electronic Access Control Key System is an 10
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 11
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 12
Project Request 1274, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $400,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Education to fund the Lafayette District Schools 16
Safe and Secure Schools Electronic Access Control Key System as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 1274. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
