Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Connecting Everyone with Second Chances is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 1215, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $1,500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of Children and Families to fund the Connecting 14
Everyone with Second Chances as described in Appropriations 15
Project Request 1215. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
