Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Disproportionate Share Hospital - Tallahassee 9
Memorial Healthcare is an Appropriations Project as defined in 10
The Rules of The Florida House of R epresentatives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 962, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $950,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Agency for Health Care Administration to fund the 16
Disproportionate Share Hospital - Tallahassee Memorial 17
Healthcare as described in Appropriations Project Request 962. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
