Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Graduate Medical Education - Tallahassee 9
Memorial Hospital is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 988, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $800,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Agency for Health Care Administration to fund the Graduate 16
Medical Education - Tallahassee Memorial Hospital as described 17
in Appropriations Project Request 988. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
