Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Fusion Women's Recovery is an Appropriations 8
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 9
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 10
Request 1248, herein incorporated b y reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $2,167,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of Children and Families to fund the Fusion 14
Women's Recovery as described in Appropriations Project Request 15
1248. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
