Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Liberty County Sheriff's Office Administrative 9
and Jail Complex is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives an d is described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 1441, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $12,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Law Enforcement to fund the Liberty County 16
Sheriff's Office Administrative and Jail Complex as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1441. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
