Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Forgotten Coast K9, Inc. is an Appropriations 8
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 9
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 10
Request 1098, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $400,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Veterans' Affairs to fund the Forgotten Coast K9, 14
Inc. as described in Appropriations Proje ct Request 1098. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
