Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Madison County Courthouse and Annex Elevator 9
Modernization Project is an Appropriations Project as defined in 10
The Rules of The Florida House of Representati ves and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 643, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $170,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
State Court System to fund the Madison County Courthouse and 16
Annex Elevator Modernization Project as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 643. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
