Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Steinhatchee Fire Rescue and Public Safety 9
Facility is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 10
The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 1194, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,400,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Financial Services to fund the Steinhatchee 16
Fire Rescue and Public Safety Facility as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1194. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
