Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Wakulla County Shell Point -US 98 Fire Rescue 9
Facility is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 10
The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 625, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,060,011 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Financial Services to fund the Wakulla County 16
Shell Point-US 98 Fire Rescue Facility as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 625. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
