Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. North Florida College - Controls for Lighting 9
and HVAC Systems Campus -wide is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida Hou se of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 997, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $900,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Education to fund the North Florida College - 16
Controls for Lighting and HVAC Systems Campus -wide as described 17
in Appropriations Project Request 997. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
