Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Women's Dorm at Calhoun County Jail is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 1163, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $300,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Law Enforcement to fund the Women's Dorm at 14
Calhoun County Jail as described in Appropriations Project 15
Request 1163. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
