Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Liberty County Courthouse Improvements is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 1201, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
State Court System to fund the Liberty County Courthouse 14
Improvements as described in Appropriations Project Request 15
1201. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
