Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Apalachicola Wastewater Treatment Facility 9
Engineering Services is an Appropriations Project as defined in 10
The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives an d is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 587, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Pro tection to fund the 16
Apalachicola Wastewater Treatment Facility Engineering Services 17
as described in Appropriations Project Request 587. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
