Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. DSR Public Health Foundation - Improving Health 9
and Wellness in Rural Areas Mobile Health Unit is an 10
Appropriations Project as d efined in The Rules of The Florida 11
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 12
Project Request 1749, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $480,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Health to fund the DSR Public Health Foundation - 16
Improving Health and Wellness in Rural Areas Mobile Health Unit 17
as described in Appropriations Project Request 1749. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effe ct July 1, 2022. 19
