Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. STEPS for Success Program is an Appropriations 8
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 9
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 10
Request 1143, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $402,750 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Children and Families to fund the STEPS for 14
Success Program as described in Appropriations Project Request 15
1143. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
