Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Sarasota Bradenton International Airport 9
Terminal Expansion and Baggage Improvements is an Appropriations 10
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 11
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 12
Request 1533, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $6,000,000 from the State Transportation (Prima ry) Trust Fund 15
is appropriated to the Department of Transportation to fund the 16
Sarasota Bradenton International Airport Terminal Expansion and 17
Baggage Improvements as described in Appropriations Project 18
Request 1533. 19
Section 3. This act shall t ake effect July 1, 2022. 20
