Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. The Lemonade Workshop is an Appropriations 8
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 9
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 10
Request 1430, herein incorporated by refe rence. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $249,200 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Children and Families to fund The Lemonade 14
Workshop as described in Appropriations Project Request 1430. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
