Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Suited For Success Jacksonville, Inc. (S4S) is 8
an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 1438, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $100,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Corrections to fund the Suited For Success 14
Jacksonville, Inc. (S4S) as described in Appropriations Project 15
Request 1438. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
