Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Endeavor Forward, Inc. NextStep Academy Autism 9
Vocational Transition Program is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida H ouse of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 938, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $400,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Education to fund the Endeavor Forward, Inc. 16
NextStep Academy Autism Vocational Transition Program as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 938. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
