Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

Section 1. Deputy Sheriff Michael Hartwick Memorial 10
Highway designated; Department of Transportatio n to erect 11
suitable markers.— 12
(1) That portion of I -275 between mile markers 30 and 31 13
in Pinellas County is designated as "Deputy Sheriff Michael 14
Hartwick Memorial Highway." 15
(2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect 16
suitable markers designating Deputy Sheriff Michael Hartwick 17
Memorial Highway as described in subsection (1). 18
Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2023. 19
