Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Paragraph (b) of subsection (3) of section 9
960.03, Florida Statutes, is amended to read: 10
960.03 Definitions; ss. 960.01 -960.28.—As used in ss. 11
960.01-960.28, unless the context otherwise requires, the term: 12
(3) "Crime" means: 13
(b) A violation of s. 316.027(2), s. 316.192(3), s. 14
316.193, s. 316.1935, s. 322.34(6), s. 327.30(5), s. 327.33(1), 15
s. 327.35 s. 327.35(1), s. 782.071(1) s. 782.071(1)(b), s. 16
782.072, or s. 860.13(1)(a) which results in physical injury or 17
death. 18
Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2023. 19
