126126 officers shall file all findings and evidence with the state 77
127127 attorney's office with respect to violations of this subsection. 78
128128 The state attorney shall evaluate such evidence and shall take 79

130130 circumstances and may file an information against the 81

132132 (4) As used in this section act, the term "minor" means a 83
