60 | 60 | | requirements under pursuant to ss. 402.305 and 402.3055 , or with 35 |

61 | 61 | | equivalent or more stringent screening requirements . Failure by 36 |
---|
62 | 62 | | A facility loses its exemption from licensure if the facility 37 |
---|
63 | 63 | | fails to comply with such screening requirements shall result in 38 |
---|
64 | 64 | | the loss of the facility's exemption from licensure . 39 |
---|
65 | 65 | | Section 2. Paragraph (a) of subsection (3) of section 40 |

108 | 108 | | may not exceed the requirements of s. 402.305 and the Child Care 71 |

109 | 109 | | and Development Fund pursuant to 45 C.F.R. part 98. A child care 72 |
