| 144 | + | treatment regimen prescribed by his or her health care provider 95 |

| 145 | + | or with the behavioral recommenda tions of his or her health care 96 |
---|
| 146 | + | provider or public health officials to limit the risk of 97 |
---|
| 147 | + | transmission, or if he or she offers to comply with such 98 |
---|

---|
179 | | - | department may enforce this section and adopt rules necessary to 118 |
