| 60 | 60 | | (e) "Real property" means land and any buildings, 35 |
|---|
| 61 | 61 | | fixtures, and other improvements to such land. 36 |

| 62 | 62 | | (f) "Strategic assets" means water treatment facilities, 37 |
|---|
| 63 | 63 | | power plants, emergency operation centers, telecommunication 38 |
|---|
| 64 | 64 | | towers and facilities, law enforcement facilities, and other 39 |
|---|
| 65 | 65 | | structures used for similar purposes or deemed strategic by the 40 |
|---|
| 66 | 66 | | state. 41 |

| 67 | 67 | | (2) Notwithstanding any ot her law, beginning July 1, 2023, 42 |

| 68 | 68 | | any company or development owned or controlled by a company that 43 |
|---|
| 69 | 69 | | is owned, in whole or in part, by, or is a subsidiary of, a 44 |

| 96 | 96 | | Section 2. The Division of Law Revision is directed to 59 |
