extending the scheduled date of repeal of the Florida 4
Development Finance Corporation and the Florida 5
Endowment for Vocational Rehabilitation, respectively; 6
providing an effective date. 7

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 9

Section 1. Subsection (5) of section 288.9604, Florida 11
Statutes, is amended to read: 12
288.9604 Creation of the corporation. — 13
(5) This section is repealed July 1, 2027 2023, and July 1 14
of every fourth year thereafter, unless reviewed and saved from 15
repeal by the Legislature. 16
Section 2. Subsection (14) of section 413.615, Florida 17
Statutes, is amended to read: 18
413.615 Florida Endowment for Vocational Rehabilitation. — 19
(14) REPEAL.—This section is repealed October 1, 2027 20
2023, unless reviewed and saved from repeal by the Legislature. 21
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2023. 22
