27 | 27 | | Section 1. Section 381.00318, Florida Statutes, is amended 14 |

32 | 32 | | (1)(a) An employee complaint alleging a private employer's 19 |

33 | 33 | | violation of s. 381.00317 regarding employer COVID -19 20 |

34 | 34 | | vaccination policies or practices, and all information relating 21 |
---|
35 | 35 | | to an investigation of such complaint, held by the Department of 22 |

36 | 36 | | Legal Affairs is confidential and exempt from s. 119.07(1) and 23 |

37 | 37 | | s. 24(a), Art. I of the State Constitution until the 24 |
