27 | 27 | | prescribed medication that affected her bone marrow, and 14 |

28 | 28 | | WHEREAS, despite her reluctance to ask, several individuals 15 |

29 | 29 | | stepped forward as live donor candidates for Nancy, leaving two 16 |
---|
30 | 30 | | candidates as perfect matches, and 17 |
---|
31 | 31 | | WHEREAS, as one donor seemingly became lost in the 18 |
---|
32 | 32 | | paperwork process, the other donors moved further in the 19 |
---|
33 | 33 | | process; however, it took nine months to get the tests 20 |
---|
34 | 34 | | scheduled, and 21 |

35 | 35 | | WHEREAS, Nancy Whited went in for the transplant procedure 22 |

36 | 36 | | but her cardiac function had decreased so significantly that the 23 |

37 | 37 | | procedure caused her to go into heart failure which eventually 24 |
