transferring assets and liabilities of the district; 4
requiring certain books to be deposited into the 5
Winter Garden Heritage Museum; providing an effective 6

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 9

Section 1. Chapter 2000-450, Laws of Florida, is repealed. 11
Section 2. The West Orange Healthcare District is 12
abolished. All assets and liabilities of the district are 13
transferred to the Board of County Commissioners of Orange 14
County. 15
Section 3. Original copies of official record books of the 16
West Orange Healthcare District da ted 1949-1989 shall be 17
deposited into the Winter Garden Heritage Museum. 18
Section 4. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law. 19
