Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Paragraph (a) of subsection (3) of section 8
507.03, Florida Statutes, is amended to read: 9
507.03 Registration. — 10
(3)(a) Registration fees shall be calculated at the rate 11
of $300 per year per mover and $600 per year per or moving 12
broker. All amounts collected shall be deposited by the Chief 13
Financial Officer to the credit of the General Inspection Trust 14
Fund of the department for the sole purpose of administration of 15
this chapter. 16
Section 2. This act shall take effect on the same date 17
that HB 1523 or similar legislation takes effect , if such 18
legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an 19
extension thereof and becomes a law. 20
