2828 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 15

3030 Section 1. Paragraph (h) of subsection (2) of section 17
3131 627.4302, Florida Statutes, is redesignated as paragraph (i), 18
3232 and a new paragraph (h) is added to that subsection, to read: 19
3333 627.4302 Identification cards for processing prescription 20

3535 (2) Any health insurer or health maintenance organization 22
3636 and all state and local government entities entering into an 23
