chapter 2003-383, Laws of Florida; abolishing the 4
district; transferring real property owned by the 5
district, subject to a restriction; providing an 6

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 9

Section 1. Chapter 2003-383, Laws of Florida, is repealed. 11
Section 2. The Greater Seminole Area Special Recreation 12
District is abolished. 13
Section 3. The real property owned by the district is 14
transferred to the Board of County Commissioners of Pinellas 15
County, subject to the restriction that the property be used for 16
recreational purposes. 17
Section 4. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law. 18
