state and certified representatives of the bargaining 5
units for state employees; providing an effective 6

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 9

Section 1. All collective bargaining issues for which 11
negotiations have reache d an impasse for the 2023 -2024 fiscal 12
year between the State of Florida and the certified 13
representatives of the bargaining units for state employees 14
shall be resolved pursuant to instructions provided in the 15
General Appropriations Act and relevant provisi ons of any 16
legislation enacted to implement the General Appropriations Act 17
for the 2023-2024 fiscal year. 18
Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2023. 19
