2323 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 10

2525 Section 1. Subsection (3) of section 265.111, Florida 12
2626 Statutes, is amended to read: 13
2727 265.111 Capitol Complex; monuments. — 14
2828 (3) The Department of Management Services , in consultation 15
2929 with the Florida Historical Commission, shall set aside and 16
3030 dedicate the an area of the Capitol Complex described as 17
3131 "Memorial Park" in s. 281.01 , not including the State Capital 18
3232 Circle Office Complex, and dedicate a memorial garden on which 19
3333 authorized monuments shall be placed , including. The memorial 20
3434 garden must include a monument in remembrance of the 241 members 21
3535 of the United States Armed Forces who lost their lives on 22
3636 October 23, 1983, in Beirut, Lebanon. 23
3737 Section 2. Subsection (1) of section 272.09, Florida 24

5353 (1) For purposes of this section, the term "Capitol 28
5454 Complex" means the portion of the Capitol Center commonly 29
