| 28 | 28 | | times during the tenancy, make reasonable provisions for: 15 |

| 29 | 29 | | 1. The extermination of rats, mice, roaches, ants, wood -16 |

| 30 | 30 | | destroying organisms, and bedbugs. When vacation of the premises 17 |

| 31 | 31 | | is required for such extermination, the landlord is not liable 18 |

| 32 | 32 | | for damages but shall abate the rent. The tenant must 19 |

| 33 | 33 | | temporarily vacate the premises for a period of time not to 20 |

| 34 | 34 | | exceed 4 days, on 7 days' written notice, if necessary, for 21 |
