63 | | - | volunteers is covered under ss. 768.13 and 768.1325. 38 |

64 | | - | (2) Annually, beginning June 30, 2027, each school 39 |

65 | | - | district and charter school must report to the Commissioner of 40 |

66 | | - | Education the number of instances a defibrillator was used on 41 |
---|
67 | | - | school grounds and the survival rate of individuals experiencing 42 |
---|

69 | | - | (3) Compliance with the requirements of s. 1006.165 does 44 |

| 69 | + | are on school grounds, including outside of the school year. 44 |
---|
| 70 | + | Such defibrillator may not be placed in the school's athletic 45 |
---|
| 71 | + | facilities. Each defibrillator must have appropriate 46 |

| 72 | + | accompanying signage, including, but not limited to, signage at 47 |
---|
| 73 | + | the defibrillator's exact location directing responders to the 48 |
---|
| 74 | + | building or room where the defibrillator is routinely kept. Each 49 |
---|
| 75 | + | defibrillator and all of its components must be maintained 50 |
---|
