2929 Section 1. Subsection (1) of section 720.401, Florida 16

3434 (1)(a) A prospective purchaser parcel owner in a community 21
3535 must be presented a disclo sure summary before executing the 22
3636 contract for sale. The disclosure summary must be in a form 23
