52	52	(1)(2) Any occupant of any vehicle who knowingly and 27
53	53	willfully discharges any firearm from the vehicle within 1,000 28
54	54	feet of any person commits a felony of the second degree, 29
55	55	punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084. 30
56	56	(2)(3) Any driver or owner of any vehicle , whether or not 31
57	57	the owner of the vehicle is occupying the vehicle, who knowingly 32
58	58	directs any other person to discharge any firearm from the 33
59	59	vehicle commits a felony of the third degree, punishable as 34
