152152 by a majority of the qualified voters voting in the referendum, 101
153153 this act shall take effect. The referendum election shall be 102
154154 conducted by the Supervisor of Elections of Lee County in 103
155155 accordance with the Florida Election Code. 104
156156 Section 5. This act shall take effect only upon its 105
157157 approval by a majority vote of those qualified electors of Lee 106
158158 County voting in a referendum conducted in accordance with the 107
159159 provisions of law relating to elections curren tly in force, 108
160160 except that this section and section 4 shall take effect upon 109
161161 becoming a law. 110
