3131 39.806 Grounds for termination of parental rights. — 18
3232 (5)(a) A petition for termination of parental rights may 19

3434 of marriage proceeding based solely on the fact that the parent 21
3535 or parents of a child are qualified patients, as defined in s. 22
3636 381.986(1), and their use of medical marijuana is consistent 23
