---|
358 | 358 | | conditional release, control release, or incarceration in a 237 |
---|
359 | 359 | | state prison, federal prison, private correctional facility, or 238 |
---|

361 | 361 | | 1. The career offender has not received a pardon for any 240 |
---|
362 | 362 | | felony or other qualified offense that is necessary for the 241 |
