32 | 32 | | council shall prepare and submit to the governing board of the 19 |

33 | 33 | | county for its approval a plan for tourist development. The plan 20 |

34 | 34 | | shall set forth the anticipated net tourist developme nt tax 21 |
---|
35 | 35 | | revenue to be derived by the county for the 24 months following 22 |
---|
36 | 36 | | the levy of the tax; the tax district in which the enactment or 23 |
---|
37 | 37 | | renewal of the ordinance levying and imposing the tourist 24 |

38 | 38 | | development tax is proposed; and a list, in the order of 25 |
