An act relating to a review under the Open Government 2
Sunset Review Act; amending s. 112.31446, F.S., which 3
provides exemptions from public records requirements 4
for secure login credentials held by the Commission on 5
Ethics and certain information entered into the 6
electronic filing system for financial disclosure; 7
removing the scheduled repeal of the exemption; 8
providing an effective date. 9

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 11

Section 1. Paragraph (c) of subsection (6) of section 13
112.31446, Florida Statutes, is amended to read: 14
112.31446 Electronic filing system for financial 15
disclosure.— 16

(c) This subsection is subject to the O pen Government 18
Sunset Review Act in accordance with s. 119.15 and shall stand 19
repealed on October 2, 2024, unless reviewed and saved from 20
repeal through reenactment by the Legislature. 21
Section 2. This act shall take effect October 1, 2024. 22
