6161 penalties for perjury and that I may be fined, imprisoned, or, 36

6464 Section 2. Effective March 31, 2025, sec tion 104.011, 39

6868 (1)(a) A person who willfully swears or affirms falsely to 43

7272 the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 47

7474 (b) A person who commits a violation of paragraph (a) and 49

106106 Section 3. Section 104.15, Florida Statutes, is amended to 69

109109 (1) Whoever, knowing he or she is not a qualified elector, 72
110110 willfully votes at any election is guilty of a felony of the 73

125125 (2) A person who commits a violation of subsection (1) and 76

131131 Section 4. If any provision of this act or its 82
132132 application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the 83
133133 invalidity does not affect other provisions or applicati ons of 84
134134 this act which can be given effect without the invalid provision 85
135135 or application, and to this end the provisions of this act are 86
136136 severable. 87
137137 Section 5. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this 88
138138 act, this act shall take effect upon becoming a law. 89
