| 30 | 30 | | feet wide adjacent to the road, not including drainage ditches, 17 |

| 31 | 31 | | sluiceways, swales, or channels, having a surface upon which 18 |

| 32 | 32 | | students may walk without being required to walk on the road 19 |

| 33 | 33 | | surface or if the walkway is along a limited access facility as 20 |
